Quilt pattern: Paducah is home to the National Quilt Museum. 91 – the Quilt museum opened in 1991. Dash lines in Red – representing red bricks that were once manufactured in Paducah.  Paducah spelled out vertically – representing the high water marks from the flood of 1937. Buildings in downtown Paducah still bear plaques that define the high water marks.  ARTO – Paducah became a successful port due to the locations of 4 rivers; Ohio, Tennessee, Cumberland and Mississippi Rivers.Blue Lettering/background – representing the importance of the rivers) in creating Paducah’s trade success.
